VisionCamp® is a workshop developed by executive leadership advisors Sunny Bonnell, Ashleigh Hansberger, and Matt Davies to address the scarcity of visionary leadership. Leaders learn to create an inspiring vision their teams can believe in, rally around, and help build.

With few organizations led by visionaries, VisionCamp® is crucial in helping leaders overcome challenges like competing priorities and short-term thinking. VisionCamp® empowers leaders to adopt and sustain a visionary mindset, fueling innovation and growth.

Cultivating visionaries: Is there a path to training future leaders? We said yes.

Drawing from nearly 20 years of advising leaders, our insights into vision run deep. We recognized the need for a program to help leaders refine their vision and gain the clarity they crave while being challenged in a supportive environment. Our challenge was to brand a masterclass providing a proprietary framework and process to help business leaders shape and define their vision. The goal was to create an engaging, informative, and valuable program for CEOs and leaders from various industries.

Charting the science of vision and visionary leadership.

Understanding the rarity of visionary leadership—present in only 0.1% of organizations—we initiated a two-year research project to tackle this issue. We analyzed the market to pinpoint gaps and opportunities, interviewing CEOs and leaders across various industries to gain invaluable insights into their challenges and needs.

Our findings emphasized the need for a comprehensive solution that assists leaders in overcoming visionary leadership obstacles. Armed with this knowledge, we developed VisionCamp® to empower leaders in cultivating and sustaining a visionary mindset to unlock organizational success.

Our first cohort was held in February 2023, and launched to rave reviews. The experience enabled our first graduates to refine their vision and gain the clarity they craved.
