Redesigning a digital flagship for a category leader.

Route is the leading post-purchase platform for modern ecommerce, trusted by over 13,000 brands and protecting over $20B in gross merchandise value to-date. With Route, shoppers get more visibility and peace of mind, and merchants unlock loyalty that lasts beyond checkout. As its product suite expanded into AI, Route needed a digital experience that reflected the scale of its technology. Motto partnered with Route to redesign its site including revised wireframes, user flows, and a fully reimagined visual system across desktop and mobile.
