The Minnesota Vikings, a premier NFL franchise, sought to unify their executive leadership team around a cohesive strategic vision for 2024. With ambitious goals to enhance collaboration, streamline initiatives, and engage a younger audience, the Vikings recognized the need for a structured approach to align their key leaders.
The Minnesota Vikings’ executive team had a bold vision for the future, but like many fast-moving organizations, they faced challenges in turning that vision into a clear, actionable strategy.
